Puget Organic is a small, family-owned organic olive oil co-operative located in the small town of Alcora in the province of Valencia. Its mission is to help enable economic development for the local community by making first-class extra virgin olive oil. The heart of Puget’s philosophy is to grow, pick and press olives from their own groves, thereby ensuring that quality and sustainability are paramount throughout their process. We use Organic Valencia Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the Puget and Emporda  regions of Spain. There are two varieties of olive oil produced in this area: one has a fruity and pronounced taste, whilst the other is more subtle with herbal flavors. We select the olive oil which best suits the dish you are cooking. All of our olive oil is packed in glass because it helps preserve the quality and flavor of the oil. The Puget family of oil comes from olives cultivated in the north and central regions of Puglia, the Naumachia of old. The hillsides are swept by refreshing Ionian breezes and bathed in sunlight that give this extra virgin olive oil an exceptional taste and aroma.
